The shooting happened at about 6:15 p.m. Saturday near the Denver Skate Park, 2205 19th St., police said.
The victim, identified as 16-year-old Juan Herrera-Lozano, was seen on video crossing the street and engaging people in a dark-colored vehicle when he is shot by someone who was inside the car.
